Position Description
  • Produce the assigned meals or work according to the pre-determined menus and recipes of the day as well as the sanitation standards
  • Participate in the preparation of food items. Perform all preparations such as cutting, washing, peeling, chopping, making, cooking, garnishing, etc
  • Ensure adequate supply of raw material by checking stock level regularly. To ensure proper quality is maintained.
  • Ensure that the guests are satisfied and the food costs are maintained


Position Requirements
  • Primary School
  • At least 1 years of working experience in related area
  • Be willing to work any day and any shift
  • Exposure to any types of food and sanitation products utilized in kitchen area
  • Able to work independently
