Position Description
  • To provide passion, warm service to the guests.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the food and beverage menu items offered at the outlet and awareness of popular items off menu and to promote and take orders for the guests.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned work areas.
  • Be familiar with all Hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
Position Requirements
  • 1 or more years’ of experience in related area is preferred
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Basic Knowledge in Microsoft applications
  • Satisfactorily communicate skills
